About K-Gymnastics

We are a young, vibrant, and fast-growing family-oriented gymnastics club located in central Hemel Hempstead, just 20 miles north of London.

Our Journey

Founded in March 2018, we relocated in April 2019 to expand our class offerings. Today, we operate from a state-of-the-art sports hall at Hemel Hempstead School, equipped with top-tier facilities.

Programs

• Recreational Classes (ages 4–14): Fun, skill-based sessions with a badge reward system

• Squad Training: For gymnasts pursuing competitive excellence
