K-Gymnastics Entry Policy & Rules

Arrival Instructions:

1. Follow the K-GYMNASTICS arrows upon entering the car park

2. Observe our one-way system:

   • Enter via the top playground area

   • Walk around the side of the field

   • Use the designated K-Gymnastics Entrance only

Safety Protocols:

• 📵 Strict no-photo policy: Filming or photography is prohibited to protect all participants

• 👕 Dress Code:

  • Gymnasts: Leotards, leggings, or shorts

  • Trial participants: Leggings/t-shirt/hoodie

  • All jewelry must be removed (piercings covered with tape)

  • Hair securely tied back at all times

Additional Notes:

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for check-in

• Water bottles permitted (clear, labeled containers only)

• Parents must sign children in/out with coaching staff

Non-compliance may result in:

• Verbal warning

• Session suspension

• For repeated violations: membership review
